 Scheduling My Delivery

If you’d like delivery on a specific date, we highly recommend selecting Express Delivery, even if the chosen date is outside the express timeframe. Express deliveries are fulfilled by third-party couriers and offer greater flexibility for scheduling.

Standard Delivery is handled by our own Luxair delivery drivers across pre-planned national routes (area restrictions apply). While we aim to accommodate delivery preferences, we cannot always guarantee changes to delivery dates or times with this service.

Yes, you can collect your order directly from our warehouse:

• Order before 4pm for next-day collection
• We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready

Please wait for our confirmation before arriving, as all collections must be pre-arranged.

Unpacking Your Goods

Please inspect and unpack your goods within 48 hours of delivery.
If you notice any damage, defects, or missing parts, contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

Failed Deliveries

• Small appliances: Couriers will attempt one redelivery. Further attempts may incur additional charges.
• Large two-man deliveries: If you've been given a delivery date and you're not available, a re-delivery fee will apply, and the delivery process will restart.

Returns Policy

If you need to return a product:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all labels/tags intact

Returns accepted within 28 days of purchase

Please include proof of purchase

Refunds for online or telephone orders:
If you return your entire order within 14 days, in perfect condition, we’ll also refund your standard delivery charge.
